Brad Thompson, the principle inspector at BuildingMaster Inspection Services, has a unique combination of skill-sets and brings over two decades of experience as a building inspector, home builder.  He has also worked as a consumer product development engineer and a reliability test engineer, gives him a unique set of skills to support home inspector license.

He has inspected buildings that range from 100 year old historical homes to modern commercial facilities. His work in both residential and commercial construction has given him the experience and education to understand the systems of a building and to provide homeowners with the truth in real estate.

Brad maintains his home inspection licensing through on-site inspections and continued education as required for Washington State home inspectors. His previous building experience gives him the ability to identify issues that many home buyers may not recognize as an issue, and to help the buyer understand various items in the transaction.

Brad also holds a Mechanical Engineering degree which gives him the technical background to support his findings and sets him apart from other home inspectors. His experience has propelled BuildingMaster Inspection Services to a leadership position in the Puget Sound real estate market.
